Them: "So, the order confirmation will be sent to you via e-mail. What's your e-mail address?"
Me: "Such and such at hotmail dot com."
Them: "Oh, do you have another account? Many of our clients who use hotmail find that our e-mails go to their junk folder."
Me: "Don't worry about me. I always check my junk."
Them: "..."
Me: "Wait, that came out wrong..."

hahhahahahahahahaahah the question then is what kind of junk do you find in your junk?
If I were to wager a guess at why, I’d say that users don’t “browse” forms. The interaction style users engage in with forms is different, and requires its own study and design best practices. This is a very interesting post, and the comments are also fantastic to read. I’ll have poses to have a little re-think about my own contact form on our new website, as this some interesting questions!
